We worked with Jen through the sale of our condo and purchase of a new home and she made the very stressful experience an easy and enjoyable one! She went above and beyond in all aspects of the process and ensured that we felt informed and comfortable through then entire adventure. When starting the sales process we were provided a customized pricing strategy. We quickly went on market and then very soon had multiple offers and went under contact within the week for more than asking. Jen was patient and flexible as we went all over the city and burbs looking at houses. We placed multiple offers and came under contact with a great deal! Sadly, our sellers pulled out the week before closing which left us in a bind. We spent the weekend looking at 20+ homes and landed in the perfect place. Sometimes things happen for a reason and it helps when you are working with the right person. We were able to purchase a home that appraised for more than the purchase price. Jen also assisted us in renting back our condo given our unique situation and ensured that all parties were comfortable and confident in the situation. Jen is passionate, fun, engaging caring, and makes the process enjoyable. We were sad when it was over. I have recommended her to friends and they have has the same experience!
